If you are selling a home:

If you would like a free construction consultation (lasting about two hours) then click on 'Contact Us' and request a consult.  I come to your house and talk about the work that you are considering doing to your home.  This is not a cost estimate like those provided by contractors, but a cost benefit analysis and the impact of the work on your home in this market!  It is designed to give you real market information, from the perspective of a former speculative builder, so that you can make a more informed decision about planned renovations and additions.
